Flavor Swap: For a fruitier vinaigrette, use balsamic vinegar.

Serve with Bacon-Herb Salad: Cook 2 center-cut bacon slices in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from pan; crumble. Pour drippings into a medium bowl. Add 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon honey, ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt to bowl; stir with a whisk.
