Feed a Family: Substitute green beans for bitter Brussels sprouts.

Serve with Roasted Brussels Sprouts: Preheat oven to 425°. Combine 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts, 2 teaspoons canola oil, 1-1⁄2 teaspoons maple syrup, 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1 pound halved Brussels sprouts on a jelly-roll pan.
