Shrimp Florentine Pasta

Time: 40 minutes

Time-Saver: Purchase peeled and deveined shrimp from your fishmonger.

Serve with Cherry Tomato Caprese Salad: Combine 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, and ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper in a medium bowl, stirring well with a whisk. Add 1 pint halved heirloom cherry tomatoes, ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, and ¼ cup halved miniature mozzarella balls. Toss to combine. Serves 4 (serving size: about 1/2 cup).
