Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

Simple Sub: Use smoky chicken sausage if you can't find reduced-fat smoked links.
Serve with Garlic Breadsticks: Preheat oven to 425°. Unroll 1 (11-ounce) package thin-crust pizza dough. Cut in half crosswise; reserve half of dough for
another use. Combine 1 tablespoon melted butter and 2 minced garlic cloves; brush evenly over dough. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons
minced fresh parsley. Cut dough crosswise into 8 strips; twist each piece. Place twists on a baking sheet coated with cooking
