Serve with Herbed Couscous: Bring 1¼ cups water to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in 1 cup uncooked couscous; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, 1 tablespoon melted butter, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, and ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.
