Flavor Hit: Try roasted cumin for even deeper spice flavor.

Serve with Chipotle Rice: Combine 2 cups water; 1 tablespoon butter; 1 tablespoon minced chipotle chile, canned in adobo sauce; ¼ teaspoon salt; and ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper in a small saucepan.
