Flavor Hit: Dijon mustard gives the chutney peppery tang.

For the Guacamole: Combine 2 tablespoons chopped onion, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, 1⁄8 teaspoon salt, and 1 medium chopped avocado in a food processor; pulse 8 times or until combined.
