Serve with Balsamic Broccoli Rabe: Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add 1 pound broccoli rabe, cut into 1-inch pieces; boil 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain. Combine broccoli rabe, 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/4 teaspoon freshly round black pepper in a large bowl; toss to coat.
