Flank Steak Tacos with Slaw

Kid Tweak: We love the color and slightly bitter edge of radicchio, but you can sub shredded green cabbage for a milder flavor.
Serve with Warm Sweet Potato and Black Bean Salad: Combine 1 cup diced peeled sweet potato and 1/4 cup unsalted chicken stock in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in 1 (15-ounce) can unsalted black beans, rinsed and drained; 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano; 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice; 1/4 teaspoon salt; and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
