Flavor Hit: Capers and olives add great briny flavor to the sloppy joe mixture, but feel free to omit them.

Serve with Spinach & Parmesan Salad: Combine 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, and ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add 4 cups baby spinach and 4 cups baby arugula; toss to coat. Sprinkle with 1 ounce shaved Parmesan cheese. CALORIES 52; FAT 3.7g (sat 1.1g); SODIUM 116mg
