Grilled Steaks with Fresh Mango Salsa
Time: 40 minutes
Simple Sub: In place of garam masala, try 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom, and 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg.
Serve with Garlic Flatbread:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 minced garlic clove, and dash of salt in a microwave-safe
bowl; cover and microwave on HIGH 8 seconds or until warm. Let stand 5 minutes. Brush both sides of 2 (3.25-ounce) naan flatbreads
or other flatbreads with oil mixture. Place bread on grill rack; grill 1 minute on each side or until browned. Yield: 4 servings.
