Chipotle-Rubbed Flank Steak

Serve with Spinach with Toasted Almonds: Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium- high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add 1 (6-ounce) package baby spinach; sauté 2 minutes or until spinach wilts. Add 1⁄8 tea-spoon salt. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds.
