This week, I want to share five top Cooking Light recipes that are getting attention on Pinterest and at MyRecipes.com this month.

1. Zucchini Oven Chips: Celebrate the unofficial start of summer with zucchini. These crispy oven-baked chips taste like they’re fried.

2. Lemonade Layer Cake: One of our all-time, top-pinned recipes. We recently gave this beloved cake a makeover for an upcoming issue and we need your help deciding which recipe is better—take our Test Kitchen Takeover challenge.

3. Walnut and Rosemary Oven-Fried Chicken: Another reader favorite, this kid-friendly recipe comes together in just 25 minutes.

4. Grilled Vegetables with Balsamic Vinaigrette: Healthy, antioxidant-rich vegetables get a flavorful punch when marinated in balsamic vinaigrette. This was one of our top re-pins from the MyPlate Recipes Pinterest boards this month.

5. Spicy Honey-Brushed Chicken Thighs: You can't beat this sweet-spicy flavor combo. The recipe calls for using the broiler, but I highly recommend moving it outside to the grill.
