FOR EASY CLEANUP: Pan-Roasted Pork Tenderloin and Peppers. It all comes together in one dish, and quickly, so you can get on with the rest of your night. Just 5 grams of carbs per serving.

FOR SOUP-LOVERS: Chicken-Escarole Soup. You can get this warm and hearty soup on the table in just about 15 minutes and just under 8 grams of carbs per serving.

FOR VEGETARIANS: Our Tomato-Asiago Frittata is easy to customize with whatever fillings you have on hand. 7 grams of carbs per serving.
