Stir-Crazy Supper Club of Indianapolis, Ind.
Sometimes a crisis creates a recipe for help and hope.
When one of their members was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a rare cancer, the Stir-Crazy Supper Club cooked with conscience. They fed
Nancy homemade soups and other healthful meals.
Helping out comes naturally to this group. Together they’ve Raced for the Cure, cooked for 90 residents of the Ronald McDonald
House, and baked Christmas cookies for local charities.
“We meld food and fun in ways that nurture our souls as well as our stomachs,” says Nancy (back row, second from left).
