Christmas in the mountains sets a strikingly different scene than more traditional celebrations. The mood is still festive, but the atmosphere and the tone are quieter, earthier, and more reserved. The food is deliciously rustic, borrowing on time-honored Wild West tastes of coffee and whiskey and jerky. This setting―the expansive Goldeneye property from The Clear Creek Group in Jackson Hole, Wyoming―captures this spirit with style.
