New Year's resolutions have always been tricky for me. In my experience, grandiose statements like "I'm going to lose 35 pounds by June" always end in June coming and going with barely a pound dropped. And forget the infamous, "This year I'll finally get my budget under control" resolution. That's laughable at this point. So I don't know about you, but change is easier when I take it step by step: cook at home more instead of eating out, use budget-friendly recipes, walk an extra 20 minutes during the workday, etc.

That "one day at a time" approach helped guide and shape our brand new Flip My Life Challenge.
