Orange Yogurt Cake (Bizcocho de Naranja)
This moist cake offers a triple punch of orange flavor: juice, marmalade, and liqueur. Wrap cooled, unglazed cake in plastic wrap to freeze. Allow to thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
