These menus let you grill tonight and enjoy another supper tomorrow.

Each of these six easy menus lets you grill once and dine twice. All offer extraordinarily bold flavors just off the grill, and the seasonings continue to contribute the next day. Combine them with our side dish suggestions, and you’ll have dinner covered for two nights—and two really good reasons to fire up the grill.

Tonight: Tenderloin with Grilled Antipasto Vegetables
Tomorrow: Garlicky Vegetable Pasta Salad
Serve grilled vegetables alongside slices of succulent seared tenderloin the first night. The vegetables make an encore performance the next night in a garlicky pasta salad.

Tonight: Mediterranean Grilled Chicken
Tomorrow: Chicken-Arugula Focaccia Sandwiches
Tender, juicy Mediterranean Grilled Chicken makes a fine dinner, then prime picnic fare the following day in a focaccia sandwich piqued with a yogurt sauce.

Tonight: Margarita Grouper Fillets
Tomorrow: Fish Tacos
The sunny flavors of a margarita enhance grilled grouper; you’ll like it the next night, too, in tangy Fish Tacos.

Tonight: Lemongrass Beef
Tomorrow: Vietnamese Summer Rolls
Lemongrass Beef reappears in Vietnamese Summer Rolls, which are clad in translucent rice paper and served with sweet-hot sesame sauce.

Tonight: Hoisin-Marinated Pork Chops
Tomorrow: Grilled Pork and Rice Noodle Salad
Tonight’s Hoisin-Marinated Pork Chops play a starring role in tomorrow’s Grilled Pork and Rice Noodle Salad.

Tonight: Citrus Tuna; Thyme Potatoes
Tomorrow: Chopped Niçoise Salad
Tuna rubbed with spices and bathed in a citrus glaze reappears the next day as a scrumptious topping for Chopped Niçoise Salad.
