Inviting your friends over to watch the big game doesn't mean you have to stuff them with chips and beer. This mix-and-match menu tackles the call of high-fat snacks with a delicious eat-as-you-watch meal. Best of all, there are no time-outs for kitchen duty. You don't have to miss a minute of the game because the whole spread can be completed before kick-off. That's sure to score a touchdown.

Game-Day Lineup Menu
Appetizer - Opposing-Sides Two-Bean Dip
Soups - Spicy Garden Chili or Mexican Shrimp-and-Chicken Soup
Sandwiches - Slow-Cooker Barbecue-Beef Sandwiches or Three-Pepper Feta Roll-Ups
Salad -Mixed Greens With Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette
Dessert - Snickers Cheesecake

The Game Plan

Early in the day of the party:
1. Prepare steaks for Slow-Cooker Barbecue-Beef Sandwiches.
2. Make Spicy Garden Chili.
3. Remove Opposing-Sides Two-Bean Dip from refrigerator, and allow to come to room temperature.
4. Finish making Mexican Shrimp-and-Chicken Soup.

Day before:
1. Make Opposing-Sides Two-Bean Dip and Snickers Cheesecake; refrigerate both.
2. Remove broth and chicken from freezer; thaw in refrigerator.

Up to two days ahead:
1. Roast peppers for Three-Pepper Feta Roll-Ups; refrigerate.
2. Make vinaigrette for Mixed Greens With Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette; refrigerate.
3. Shred cheeses for Spicy Garden Chili, and store in zip-top plastic bags; refrigerate.

Up to four days before the game:
1. Make Garlic Pita Chips; store in an airtight container.
2. Complete Step 1 of Mexican Shrimp-and-Chicken Soup; freeze broth mixture and chicken separately.
