Shaping Temaki
 
Step-by-step instructions

1. Spread rice on bottom half of nori, and place filling on rice diagonally, beginning in lower right corner of nori.

2. Lift bottom left corner of nori over filling and gently roll in opposite direction to begin forming a cone shape.

3. Fold the top half of nori over the rolled filling, pressing gently to seal and finish the cone.
