Committed to a more natural and compassionate approach to ranching. Our cattle graze rotationally in open pastures on tall Montana grass; they’re never packed into feedlots or “finished” on grain. It takes a little longer and costs a little more, but the result is 100% grass-fed steaks, burgers and roasts that are full of taste, but free of pesticides, antibiotics and hormones.

It’s not just better for the cows, it’s better for you, too: La Cense Beef is significantly higher in Omega-3s and lower in both fat and calories than conventional beef.
