Explore the undeveloped east end of Roatan from the comfort of an air-conditioned vehicle. Experience the unique landscape and the local culture as your guide briefs you on the history of Roatan and the Bay Islands. Board an island-style boat for a pleasant, narrated trip through the historic two-mile-long Dixon Cove Harbor with its keys, reefs and visible shipwrecks. At Marble Hills Farm, sample delicious jellies and jams made from hibiscus, island plum, apples, bananas and other locally grown flowers and fruits. At the Garifuna Experience, meet members of the Garifuna, descendents of Black Carib Indians who settled here in 1797. They will demonstrate their music and dance, which have been preserved over hundreds of years.
Gumbalimba Park and Canopy Tour |

Enjoy Gumbalimba Park and experience a rush that will take your breath away, as you defy the laws of gravity by sliding down cable-to-cable from the ridge of the mountain into a beautiful tropical park. The canopy tour consists of 11 stretches of cable and 13 stations, each cable measuring from 120 to 600 feet in length. Each station is located in the trees, between 18 and 30 feet from the ground. After your experience, enjoy all of the amenities that Gumbalimba Park offers.
Note: Participants must be at least 10 years of age and weigh no more than 225 lbs, and must sign a waiver in order to participate.

Barrier Reef Snorkel & Beach Break |

Board a 65-foot high speed catamaran and sail 16 miles east through the barrier reef and across the channel where you’ll enter an undersea world, home to a variety of corals. These coral formation are teaming with schools of tropical fish. After snorkeling, enjoy some rum punch on the short trip to a white-sand island where you’ll be able to sunbathe, kayak or enjoy the beach floats. Be sure to bring a towel and sunscreen.

Join Health’s Girls Gotta Move Running Coach Jenny Hadfield for an unforgettable 3 – 4 mile run along historical logging trails in Peccary Park. Finish out your run at the Mayan caves and be on the lookout for ancient ceramic pots and other priceless artifacts. All levels welcome. 2 watering stations and light refreshments provided.

One of our most popular programs, this snorkel experience is perfect for beginners and experts alike. You'll have your equipment all day, so you can snorkel when you feel like it. Ask any of the instructors on the beach for a free lesson, and then you'll be ready to explore the exciting underwater world of NCL's very own private island. Swim or wade around in the sandy shallows to check out the many schools of fish and our artificial reef. Or if conditions permit, swim outside the cove and discover deeper water and coral formations. You might even meet Bert & Ernie, our friendly resident stingrays. Your knowledgeable instructors will even snorkel around the cove with you to point out the local marine life during our complimentary guided tours, which depart from the beach hourly.
