 Builder: Clyde Rivard, Caribou Custom Homes, Inc. Clyde Rivard has been building homes in the Denver area since 1982. His firm, Caribou Custom Homes, Inc., is one of the exclusive custom home builders at Escavera. Clyde is also manager/owner of Caribou Classic Homes llc, which features a luxury product also being built at Escavera.
Designer: Ken Pieper, Ken Pieper and Associates. With more than 35 years of experience, Ken Pieper creates custom home designs throughout the United States by looking to the land to define the form and to his clients to determine the feel of each unique home. This ability to translate a client's lifestyle into a design has earned him national and local recognition, most recently including The Nationals 2004, the Bar Awards 2004 (hba of Metropolitan Denver), the Robb Report, American Dream Homes, and hgtv's Generation Renovation.
Developer: Escavera, a residential development of Newland Communities, is nestled in the rolling hills of an existing pine forest with 100-year-old ponderosa pines and gamble oak. Escavera covers just over 200 acres with only 260 single-family home sites. The remaining land, approximately 93 acres, is dedicated as public and private open space.
Interiors: Dianne Pieper, Ken Pieper and Associates. Dianne has created interior environments over the past 25 years for residential homes, corporate offices and retreats, and nationwide homebuilders. Her emphasis on unifying themes results in designs keeping with the architectural style of homes and their natural surroundings. Dianne's work has been featured in the Robb Report, the General Motors Building, The Yellowstone Club, and sales centers and model homes throughout the United States.
