The Big Canoe Fit House Team

Currently building exclusively in Big Canoe, Georgia, Nick C. Schiltz, Inc., built the 2003 Cooking Light Fit House in Big Canoe as well as the 1997 Idea House for Southern Living magazine. Nick and Randy Schiltz are members of the Southern Living Custom Home Program, the Atlanta Home Builders Association, and the Big Canoe Preferred Builder Program. Nick C. Schiltz, Inc., has gained "Certified Professional Home Builder" status by the Housing Institute, Inc., for meeting requirements designed to recognize professionals in the homebuilding industry.
