Herbed goat cheese toasts: Combine 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese, 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, and 1/8 teaspoon salt; sprinkle evenly over 8 (1-ounce) slices French bread. Broil 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
