Game Plan

1. Prepare sauce ingredients for polenta

2. While sauce cooks:
• Measure polenta and broccoli seasonings
• Bring broth mixture for polenta to a boil

3. While polenta cooks, steam broccoli.

Quick Tips

To make easy work of slicing shiitake mushrooms, slice three or four stacked caps at a time.

Italian broccoli: Steam 1 pound broccoli spears, covered, for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Toss with 3 tablespoons fat-free Italian dressing; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.
