the meat and vegetables -- has a smokier, more full-bodied flavor than regular
tomato salsa. Marinating the vegetables in a zip-top plastic bag eliminates
cleanup -- you just throw the bag away.

1. Marinate flank steak
2. Prepare grill or broiler
3. While grill is heating:
• Slice papaya and lime wedges

Because the steak has to marinate from four hours to overnight in order to
tenderize and absorb flavor, youll need to start this recipe ahead of time.
Chipotle refried beans: Combine 1 (16-ounce) can fat-free refried beans, 2 tablespoons chipotle salsa,
