Yes. In fact, ounce for ounce, dehydrated fruit supplies more vitamins. The drying process doesn't sap any beneficial nutrients; the only thing missing is water, which makes dried fruit an ideal lightweight snack for hikers or travelers. Just remember to keep count of the calories you're consuming — a handful of 10 dried apricots contains the same amount of calories as an armload of 10 fresh ones.
