Flavor description
A mix of equal parts whole cumin, fennel, fenugreek, nigella, and mustard seeds, panch phoron is an East Indian (Bengali) spice blend and is sometimes called Bengali Five Spice. It's used for flavoring seafood, vegetable, and lentil dishes.
