Flavor description
A member of the parsley family, this spice is known as coriander (KOR-ee-an-der) in the seed form and cilantro in the leaf form. The seeds, which are a tiny 1/8 inch, are yellowish in color, contain ridges, and are noted for their lemony flavor.

How to use
Ground seeds are used in baked goods, curried dishes, and soups.
