How to find
You can buy fresh, canned and frozen. If you live in a large city with a West Indian, Caribbean or Italian population, you may be able to find conch at your local fish market.

Order fresh conch online at www.greatgourmet.com or canned at www.ditalia.com.

Substitutes
Cooked bay scallops make a great stand-in if you can't find conch.
