Flavor description
The distinct robust, sharp, tangy flavor of blue cheese drives people to love it or hate it. Its white interior with bluish veining and crumbly texture is its distinguishing feature. Some of the world's oldest and most famous cheeses--Stilton, Gorgonzola, Roquefort, Saga blue--are blues. Its source can be of either goat's, cow's or sheep's milk.

How to find
Blue cheese can be found at your local supermarket. For more specialty cheeses, visit www.Zingermans.com and www.igourmet.com.
