| An ice cream buffet makes for an easy, fun celebration for any occasion. With the recipes on the following slides, you can tailor the menu to the size of your party—just mix and match ice creams, sauces, and cookies. (If you make one batch of each recipe, the menu serves 12.) For a beverage, serve iced tea or lemonade (or both).
Once the food is ready, simply set out dessert spoons, small bowls, glasses, and plates, and let guests serve themselves. Don't worry if everything doesn't match.
