2:30 pm Contestants come to Cooking Light prepare make-ahead desserts

4:00 pm Arrival/Welcome

4:20 pm Half of group gets Cooking Light tour; other half checks trays/groceries in Test Kitchens

5:00 pm Other half of group gets Cooking Light tour; other half checks trays/groceries in Test Kitchens

5:30 pm Meet and Greet Cocktails and Conversation

6:15 pm Sit down for dinner at Cooking Light

7:30 am Styling begins for contestants

9:00 –10:50 am Contestants begin cooking, depending on dish preparation and cook times

11:00 am Starters and Drinks presentations to Judges

11:00 am-1:00 pm Lunch served

12:00 pm Salads and Sides presentations to judges

12:30 pm Desserts presentations to judges

1:00 pm Contestants Leave for Hotel

6:30 pm Cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres at Café' Dupont, Birmingham

7:15 pm Sit down for dinner at Café Dupont
Announcement of Winners and Presentations of Prizes will occur during dessert
