Ingredients• 2 cups unsweetened cocoa• 1 3/4 cups sugar• 1/4 cup instant espresso powder• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon• 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Directions1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Store in an airtight container. To prepare each serving, stir 1 1/2 tablespoons mix into 8 ounces hot milk.
Note: This recipe makes 3 1/2 cups. Store the mix in an airtight container in the pantry for up to 6 months. Shake well before each use.
