SOS (Save Our Stew)

Reader Question: How do I save my beef stew? I used bouillon without realizing how salty it would be. -- Annie

The TK Says: There are a couple of options. You can add more of the low-sodium ingredients, such as broth, tomatoes, vegetables, or water. You could also freeze your salty stew in several small batches. The next time you prepare your stew recipe, add a batch of the salty version to the recipe and it will season the entire pot of stew.
