Reader Question: How do I save my beef stew? I used bouillon without realizinghow salty it would be. -- Annie

The TK Says: There are a couple of options. You can addmore of the low-sodium ingredients, such as broth, tomatoes, vegetables, orwater. You could also freeze your salty stew in several small batches. The nexttime you prepare your stew recipe, add a batch of the salty version to therecipe and it will season the entire pot of stew.
