For their Bathtub Gin spreads, Nashville-based sisters Amy Lorber and Erin Ackley were inspired by the classic flavor profiles of early 20th-century cocktails. The line ranges from robust (rich rum-raisin marmalade with Mission figs) to sweet (honey-peach jam with cinnamon, basil, and a splash of cream sherry) and hits that sweet-tart cocktail balance.
