In a new Cooking Light cookbook, Chicken Tonight!, editors have gathered the best quick chicken recipes. A weeknight dream! We've also collected 100 of our favorite chicken dishes in our Weeknight Chicken Recipes online collection. And in the October issue of the magazine, the editors offer delicious 5-Ingredient chicken dishes from across the globe, including Greek-Style Skewers and Vietnamese Stir-Fry. All this is in effort to give you what you want: delicious chicken recipes.
