The tamales arrive frozen and keep in the freezer for up to six months; they microwave perfectly in just a few minutes. When we tried them in our Test Kitchen, we were blown away at the quality: Simply put, these tamales are really good. We’d be more than happy to have these on hand for a busy night’s dinner! (In fact, these tamales were so good that we gobbled them up right away… I couldn’t even snap a picture of them once heated.)
