We were initially dubious about a melon jam, then completely won over by this preserve, which tastes so honestly of sweet, locally grown Hearts of Gold cantaloupes. From a farm owned for generations by the Lattin family in Fallon, Nevada. Available at the family’s farm stand and at northern Nevada farmers’ markets.
