Christiane's verdict: "Say, "Wow, that looks fantastic." No, say it faster. That's how long it took this plate of peaches to disappear once the three of us tried it. It's peach love, with a dash of vanilla yogurt obsession thrown in for good measure. I'm amazed at how so little goes so far. Three tablespoons of bourbon just didn't seem like a lot, but it was perfect for giving richness to the peaches without overwhelming their delicate flavor."
