What dish made you fall in love with cooking?
S: Before I became a vegetarian, I made my first semi-challenging cookbook recipe for my mother: a balsamic chicken with arugula and quinoa. When it didn’t burn, it was the first time I actually felt capable of making a delicious and healthy homemade meal!
F: The first dish I made on my own was a quinoa and chicken with lemon salad. It was so delicious and healthy, and I realized how attainable eating nutritiously was.
