When and why did you start blogging? I started Good Food Matters in December 2008, as both a place to journal my food adventures and a jumping off point into the wide virtual world of cooks, their kitchens, gardens, traditions, recipes, and ingredients.
What should readers know about you? I started out being a picky-picky eater; I don’t know how I survived. But in my late teens, that flipped. What I resisted became my passion, leading ultimately to my profession.
