Why do you love cooking? It’s the ability to be creative, to follow a recipe or follow your instincts, and see something amazing come together. I love experiencing the foods of so many different cultures. In a day you can go to Italy, Mexico, then end the night in Paris!
What should readers know about you? I’m willing to try any food once (preferably without beaks or tails attached), and I believe that anyone can be a good cook with a little practice and determination. In the kitchen, I’m fun, fearless, and I’m up for a challenge. I approach everything I do—and cook—with enthusiasm, patience, and a big dose of humor. I’m quick to admit my mistakes (burned sugar in the bottom of a pan, anyone?) and equally as proud of my triumphs.
