While trying to lose the “freshman 15” after graduating from college, I finally opened up to a wider variety of ingredients and flavors. Now I love browsing the farmers’ market for new things and finding recipes in which to use them.

Why do you love cooking? I nurture my family by cooking for them. It gives me great satisfaction to hear them tell me they love my food.
