Why do you love cooking? As a teenager, Mom told me that chopping vegetables was “therapeutic.” I thought she was crazy! Now, I chop all my own veggies for the same reason—there’s calm in the rhythm of it. I love the creativity that comes in the kitchen. I love serving my family healthy meals. For me, the process of cooking is zen, and I get to enjoy the results.
