What should readers know about you? Even though I have a culinary degree and have worked at a food magazine, I am not a food snob, and I oppose food snobbery whenever I can. Regardless of whether its mac and cheese or soufflé, cooking and enjoying food should be for everyone.
What dish made you fall in love with cooking? My father and I used to make egg rolls from scratch, and that is where I learned so much about cooking and the importance of cooking with your family. It’s also the dish that showed me how much better something is when it’s homemade instead of mass-produced.
