When and why did you start blogging? I started blogging in 2011 as a stress outlet from pharmacy school, and to keep an electronic recipe book of recipes passed down to me from my mom and grandma. Before I knew it, I fell in love with cooking and photography more and more, and blogging became addicting.

What dish made you fall in love with cooking? Chicken and vegetable curry – ever since I made homemade curry, I fell in love with the intricate relationship between the different spices and flavors. It’s incredible!
