When and why did you start blogging? I started blogging in January of 2009 when I became very ill. I was working in corporate America and was experiencing 30 lbs. fluid in my legs everyday and chronic low white blood cells along with numerous stomach pains. I ended up on disability from my job and was given 24 hours to live with c-diff colitis. I suffered from heavy metals and severe food allergies and intolerances. I healed myself through detoxing my food and my entire home and started helping others here in Manhattan and nationwide to eat clean, real foods.
